The CCRR Portal not only provides a way for you to add resources but also manage requests. You can only manage requests for resources which are listed.

If you have listed your resource, you may receive requests for it via the portal. The contact submitter is notified of any incoming requests by default and those assigned to a request by default received updates to changes on the request.
In brief, once you receive the request can either accept or reject it. If you accept it, the Requester will be asked to provide additional documents, like MTA, if required, otherwise you can prepare and send them the resource. Once you send it, you can mark the request as fulfilled.
