Linking and Unlinking Grants

You can link a grant with a team when creating a team or under the Linked Grants tab on the teams page under My Account. You can also unlink a grant here.

Linking Grants

You can link grants in two ways:

Linking grants on the Teams Page

  1. Navigate to the teams page by going to My Account > Teams

  1. Click on View Team for the desired Team.

  1. Navigate to the Linked Grants Tab and Click on Link Grants.

  1. This shows you all the grants awarded to you.

  2. Check as many as appropriate and click Done.

Unlinking Grants

  1. Navigate to the teams page by going to My Account > Teams

  1. Click on View Team for the desired Team

  1. Navigate to the Linked Grants Tab. For each Grant you can see a Remove button on the right. You can only unlink grants that are awarded to you. 

  1. Click on Remove and you will be presented with a pop up box as shown below:



    Remove Grant Only: This will unlink only the grant from the Team. This means that members of the Team cannot associate any new resources with the grant. All of the resources which were added prior to this will still be associated with the Team, and they can manage and respond to requests for the resource.

    Remove Grants and all resources associated with it from the Team: This will unlink the Grant and move all of the resources associated with that grant from the Team to the Grant holder's account. You can only transfer the resources from the team if there are no active requests for them. This means that members of the Team cannot add any new resources associated with the Grant and can no longer manage or see requests for all of the resources associated with the grant. Grant holders will be responsible for managing and responding to requests for these resources.

Choose whichever option is most appropriate for you and click Remove Grant.
